What did I do in this Project ?
The Picker Salon Booking App successfully addressed the needs of both users and salon owners through thoughtful design and continuous improvement based on user feedback. The focus on simplicity, consistency, accessibility, and feedback has resulted in a highly efficient and user-friendly app that enhances the overall salon experience.
RESEARCH
I’m Conducted through market search and user interview to gain insights and inform our design decision, ensuring the app meets user’s needs effectively.
Wireframes
I’m Created Wireframes to outlines the app’s structure and functionality, providing a blueprint for this design and navigation.
Visual Design
I’m developed a visual appealing interfaces that aligns with the app’s branding and enhances user engagement
and satisfaction.Usability Testing
Through rigorous testing, we gathered feedback from users to identify
and address and usability issues, ensuring the app meets user expectations and prefrences.



Problems and Goal To achieve
Problems
Difficulty in scheduling appointments, leading to long waiting times or last-minute availability issues.
Inconsistencies in service quality and difficulty in communicating specific preferences to stylists. Language barriers and communication issues may arise between customers and salon staff.
Salon owners grapple with manual appointment management, resulting in scheduling conflicts, overbookings, and difficulty in optimizing stylist availability.

I have done an online survey and prepared some particular set of questions set of questions and few random question for different users based on their willingness to answer, to better understand them on Salon booking thinking, so I received very exciting.
